1. Buy at Oliva Nature
Purchases are subject to the payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) as established in current regulations for natural or legal persons resident in Member States of the European Union and for those residing in non-EU countries.
The descriptions of the products and their prices are in the product file. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

To be able to buy on our website you must be over 14 years old. Olivia Nature informs persons of legal age that they are in charge of minors, which will be their sole responsibility if a minor enters their data to request a service from this website.
2. How to order
To place an order you must register on our website and accept the general conditions of purchase. You should also check the product catalog, select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart.
Next, you must communicate the delivery address, to determine the shipping costs, and select the payment method. Subsequently, a summary of the order and the option to confirm the order will be displayed. Finally, the order will be paid and you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase and the order reference number.
Once this is done you will be registered in our database. With your email and the reference number of your purchase you can see the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of your customer account.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the price.
The shipping costs for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) will be € 4.90; for the Canary Islands of € 8.90; for the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and Turkey, will be € 17; and for the rest of the countries of € 32.
In the EU, EEA, Switzerland, Norway and Turkey, shipping costs will be free for the purchase of 2 or more pairs of shoes.
4. Delivery of the order
The order will be sent to the delivery address you indicate, within the deadlines stipulated according to the shipping policy.
Neither TIPSA nor DHL deliver in post office boxes. In these cases, we will send the package through regular mail.
For shipments to destinations outside Spain, the package may cause certain customs charges, depending on the country of delivery. In such cases, the client will have to pay said expenses.
DHL does not ship to high-risk countries (countries with restrictions, in a state of war, civil unrest or threats of terrorism). In these cases, we will send the package through regular mail.
5. Security in communication and online payment by card
Olivianature.com is a secure site because it has a digital server certificate issued by the Thawte certification authority. Thus, all data exchanges between the user's browser and the web server are encrypted, thus ensuring the confidentiality of communications and purchases. In addition, the server is authenticated with that certificate.
Online payment by card at Olivianature.com is the safest of the moment as it is adhered to the Verified by Visa Security Protocol. This protocol consists of identifying the data of the credit card with an own password that only the owner of the same knows. This information, together with the card details, will be required for online payment. In the case of lacking any of the data you will be prevented from continuing with the purchase.
Olivia Nature does not store the data of its customers' cards, since they go directly to be processed through the system to which the virtual POS is attached.
6. Changes, returns and right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days, counted from its receipt. Returns must be sent to the following address:

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
· The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized.
· The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Returns or exchanges of products that are not returned in perfect condition or show signs of use (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of the same), except cases of defective merchandise will not be accepted.
In the event that the return or exchange of the product is not made in its original packaging (boxes, covers, tensioners, etc.), the consumer is informed that the good will suffer depreciation.
The return costs will be borne by the customer. Import taxes (tariffs), which must be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the merchandise, are not included.
If you want the replacement of the product, Olivia Nature undertakes to deliver another product in perfect condition.
For both changes and returns, you can use our collection system or send the package back to the same address as for returns. Once it arrives and we verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will send your change, through the same shipping method that was used in the first instance.
Both returns and exchanges, although the client is not obliged to indicate the reasons, we would appreciate, especially in the case of change, attach a note explaining what you want and the reasons for the change inside the package .
The shipping method and the expenses that the changes and returns entail, from the client to our headquarters, will be borne by the client. They can be done through our collection system, by regular mail or by courier. In no case, Olivia Nature will accept shipping due or with customs costs.
The refund will be made within 30 days from receipt of the package by bank transfer, PayPal or bank card (if payment has been made through the virtual POS and is within 14 days from the date of the purchase, otherwise it will be done by bank transfer).

10. Warranty and after sales service
Olivia Nature will respond to any breaches of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery. To do this, you must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
As long as there is no conformity with the product, that is, in case of defective product, Olivia Nature will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, price reduction or termination of the contract. These procedures will be free for the consumer.
In relation to repair and replacement, the gratuity will include shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.
However, the products will be in accordance with the contract provided they meet all the requirements set forth below:
· They conform to the description made by Olivia Nature and possess the qualities of the product that have been presented to the consumer in the form of a sample or model.
· Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
· Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can fundamentally expect, given the nature of the product.
